Make Calls Using UK Number

Datacalls has now developed a simple form so that you can use your Free UK Number as your Caller ID. This means that when you place a call on the our VoIP network, your free UK Number will be transmitted.

This very helpful if you give your Free UK Number to people but don’t have the ability to call from it. This service is free of charge, however, if you wish to make a call using our VoIP network then please visit the Cheap VoIP Calls section to find out what we charge and what we do.

Most of our systems are fully automatic and operational 24 hours a day 365 days a year. However, the facility to change your outbound caller identification is unfortunately not. Once the change has been applied to your account then your number will always be transmitted without any delay, but the process of applying the change to your account has be done manually for security reasons. (we do not want other people transmitting your number).

Once you have completed the online form to change your number then a response is sent to our network asking for the change to be done. We carry out all the authentication automatically so no additional security checks are carried out at our end therefore reducing any delay in changing the caller identification. Once we have received your request we will update your account in order of requests

received. The change can take anywhere from 1 hour to 24 hours. You can see the applied change in your account when you logon to our VoIP Service and go to “devices”.
